With over 35 years of corporate and entrepreneurial success, Chris brings not only deep expertise - but real-world relevance to every room he steps into.
He has led high-performing teams at global organisations like Pfizer and Takeda, where his passion for performance coaching, project management, and strategic leadership helped teams consistently exceed business goals. Today, he is the Co-Founder of OTD Ltd, Co-Author of the book Power Presenter, and a Certified GROW Coach Trainer. Chris is also an MBTI practitioner and NVQ Assessor, making him uniquely equipped to deliver high-impact programmes tailored to all levels - from fresh talent to senior executives.
Chris is renowned for blending NLP tools with business practicality, humour, and human connection, creating breakthrough moments for clients across industries. Chris has assisted at Richard Bandler and John La Valle’s seminars and is a valuable member of the trainer assistant team at their events.
