Registration is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once we receive your completed registration form and full payment, or verified proof of payment. Unless payment is made via an approved HRDC claim, full payment must be settled before the training date to secure your place. KNOWLEDGE ADVENTURE SDN BHD reserves the right to decline registrations if the session is fully booked.

Full payment must be made prior to the training date using bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other payment methods provided during registration. Late or incomplete payments may result in forfeiture of your registration.

Failure to attend without prior written notice will be considered an unexcused absence. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted, and the full fee remains payable. Non-compliance with HRDC’s minimum 80% attendance requirement may result in rejection of the HRDC claim and full charges billed to the organization.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing. A full refund will be provided if written notice is given at least 14 days before the program start date. Withdrawals made between 7 to 13 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Withdrawals made between 3 to 6 days before the program will receive a 30% refund. No refunds will be given for withdrawals made within 2 days of the training. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

Participant substitutions are allowed at no extra charge, provided we receive written notice at least 48 hours before the training, including the full name and contact details of the replacement participant.

KNOWLEDGE ADVENTURE SDN BHD reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue, facilitator, or course content as necessary. If a session is cancelled by us, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
